Strobing is all about natural look. The most important thing about strobing is highlighting the right points of the face.
Areas of the face where light would naturally hit are the areas that should be highlighted: the cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, the cupid's bow, the inner corners of the eyes, the brow bone, the chin and the center of the forehead.
Strobing can be done with either cream or powder products. Highlighter can be used directly from a tube or it can be applied by brush. After applying the highlighter, make sure you blend it out with your fingers, a fan brush, or a damp makeup sponge.
Make sure the highlighter you're using complements your skin tone for a subtle sheen. To achieve perfect, glowing skin without shine choose a matte formula for the rest of your makeup (primer, foundation, bronzer, blush, powder).
Strobing brings out all the high points of the face and gives a dewy, shimmery, more youthful glow.
